Prerequisite: previous training with The Canine Life Coach, food motivated and non-aggressive

Pricing for 3 weeks (60 minute sessions): $425

What to expect:

Session 1 (60 minute session): You, your dog and The Canine Life Coach at your home.

Session 2-3 (60 minute session): We will meet in a public location for training with you and your dog.

This is offered in-person in Utah only.

INTRO COURSE: OFF-LEASH TRAINING

Here, we use long lines, tasty treats, and heaps of praise to transform training sessions into adventures. It's all about building a bond of trust and understanding, allowing you and your furry friend the ultimate goal of exploring nature together, leash-free.

*Please note that previous training with The Canine Life Coach is required prior to signing up for these sessions. The first session will be held at your home, and the following two sessions will be held at a public location.

INTRO TO AROMATICS: THE ART AND SCIENCE OF SCENT SLEUTHING

This course: Sniffing Out Fun: An Introduction to Canine Nose Work

Prerequisite: previous training with The Canine Life Coach, food motivated and non-aggressive

Pricing for 3 sessions (60 minute sessions): $425

What to expect:

Sessions 1-3 (60 minute sessions): We will meet at your home for training with you and your dog.

This is offered in-person in Utah only.

SNIFFING OUT FUN: AN INTRODUCTION TO CANINE NOSE WORK

Ever wondered what your dog’s nose knows? Dive into the world of canine nose work, where your furry friend becomes a scent-detecting superstar. This course is perfect for curious canines and their humans, offering a blend of cognitive fun at home and a sneak peek into the exciting world of competitive nose work. Whether you’re looking to keep your dog mentally stimulated in your living room or considering a new hobby that could lead to competitive fun, this course is the perfect starting point. Let’s get those noses working!

DIGGIN' IN DEEP

This course: Deep dive into one dog related skill or issue!

Prerequisite: Add this onto an augmentation to another package or at least one previous training session with The Canine Life Coach

Pricing options:

1 coaching session: $100

What to expect:

Session 1: Let's deep dive into one dog-related skill or issue that you want your dog to learn! Whether it's something simple you need a little reinforcement on, or a brand new skill you'd like to add to your repertoire, let's spend an hour together and work on it!

This is offered virtually only.

DIGGIN' IN DEEP: VIRTUAL ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Looking for a focused training session to tackle a specific challenge or teach your dog a brand-new skill? Diggin’ in Deep is designed to give you and your pup personalized, expert guidance—all from the comfort of your home!

In this one-hour virtual session, we’ll deep dive into one dog-related skill or behavior that you want to refine, reinforce, or introduce. Whether it’s improving leash manners, mastering recall, working on impulse control, or troubleshooting a frustrating behavior, we’ll create a clear, step-by-step plan that you can implement immediately.

This session is perfect if:
🐾 You want targeted help on a specific training challenge.
🐾 You need reinforcement on a skill you and your dog have been working on.
🐾 You’re looking for expert advice without committing to a full training program.
🐾 You want to train in a stress-free, distraction-free environment at home.

By the end of our session, you’ll have practical tools, a customized training plan, and the confidence to continue the work on your own—all while strengthening your bond with your dog.

TESTS AND CERTIFICATIONS

This course: AKC Canine Good Citizen

Prerequisite: at least one previous training session with The Canine Life Coach

Pricing options:

3 prep sessions to work on skills (60 minute sessions): $425

1 coaching session & take the test: $125

What to expect:

Session 1-3: Whether we do 1 session or 3, we will meet in a public location and then have our prep session(s) and take the test.

This is offered in-person in Utah only.

UPSTANDING CITIZEN TEST - AKC CANINE GOOD CITIZEN

Imagine your dog strutting down the street, turning heads with impeccable manners and charm—now that's an AKC Canine Good Citizen. Not only will your pup be the top dog at the dog park, but they'll also be a shining example of how delightful and well-behaved a dog can be.

*Please note that previous training with The Canine Life Coach is required prior to signing up for this test. Whether you choose 1 session to include the test or 3 prep sessions, all 3 be held at a public location in the SLC area.
